This Privacy Policy describes how Cyber-Survivors Alliance LLC (“CSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and its ecosystem Groove & Learn™ collect, use, and protect your personal information.

A. Information You Provide Directly

Payment information processed by Stripe (for donations, course purchases, or event contributions).
CSA does not store your full credit card number or bank information; this is handled securely by Stripe.
Support inquiries, survey responses, and any user-submitted content (music, testimonials, stories, art).
Voluntary submissions via chat, email, or community forms.
B. Information Collected Automatically
IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.
Site analytics (page visits, clicks, and session duration).
Cookies and similar technologies managed by Outseta to keep you logged in and personalize your experience.
C. Information from Third Parties
Stripe (donations and payments).
Outseta (CRM, subscription management, and analytics).
Optional integrations like Spotify, YouTube, or connected crypto wallets (MetaMask, Coinbase, etc.).
2. How We Use Your Information

Deliver and maintain your CSA or Groove & Learn™ account.
Process donations, subscriptions, or payments securely through Stripe.

Perform analytics through Outseta to improve functionality.
We never sell or rent your data.
3. Outseta & Stripe as Data Processors
Outseta
Outseta manages user authentication, subscriptions, CRM records, and communication systems for CSA.
Acts as a Data Processor under GDPR definitions.
Encrypts all data in transit and at rest.
CSA retains ownership of all personal information collected via Outseta.
Stripe
Stripe handles donation and payment processing.
Acts as a Data Controller for financial transactions.
Follows PCI-DSS security standards and encrypts all payment details.
CSA only receives limited transaction metadata (e.g., payment confirmation, amount, donor name).

4. Cookies & Tracking
We and Outseta use cookies for:
Authentication and account management

Analytics and personalization

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
CSA may share limited data only with:
Service providers (Outseta, Stripe, analytics, hosting, and marketing partners) under confidentiality agreements.

CSA, Outseta, and Stripe operate servers in the United States and other regions.

Platform-level safeguards provided by Outseta and Stripe.
No online service is completely secure; use of the platform is at your own risk.

CSA and Groove & Learn™ are for adults (18+).

The revised version will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
